What coolers does BevWedge fit?
BevWedge is precision-engineered to fit YETI Coolers. Current available sizes fit the YETI Tundra 45 and YETI Tundra 65. It drops in without tools, drilling, or permanent modifications — and lifts right back out when you're done. Check our How It Works page for the full compatibility list.
Will BevWedge damage my cooler?
Not at all — that's the whole point. BevWedge requires zero drilling and zero permanent modifications. It drops in, does its job, and lifts right back out. Your cooler comes out of every event exactly as it went in.
What sizes are available?
BevWedge is currently available for the YETI Tundra 45 and YETI Tundra 65, each offered in two configurations — Solo and Plug & Pour. Visit our Shop page to see what's available and choose the right option for your setup.
What beverages can I serve with BevWedge?
Anything kegged — beer, keg cocktails, wine, cold brew coffee, cider, and more. If you can keg it, BevWedge can pour it cold. The system is beverage-agnostic as long as it's run through standard draft lines.
What's the difference between Solo and Plug & Pour?
The Solo includes the assembled BevWedge unit only — it's designed for people who already own beer lines, a CO2 regulator, and keg couplers. Plug & Pour includes everything you need to pour your first keg right out of the box — lines, regulator, and US D-System couplers included. See a full side-by-side on our Shop page.
How long does setup take?
About 5 minutes. Drop BevWedge in your cooler, connect your lines and CO2, and tap your keg to get things flowing first. Then pack ice around it and you're ready to pour. Full step-by-step instructions are on our How It Works page.
What order should I set BevWedge up in?
Drop BevWedge into your cooler first, then connect your beer lines and CO2 regulator, tap your keg, and get liquid flowing through the lines before adding ice. Once everything is flowing cleanly, pack ice tightly around the unit and close the lid. This order ensures a clean, foam-free first pour.
What PSI should I run?
PSI depends on which BevWedge coil you have. The 120ft coil option pours best between 18–22 PSI. The 70ft coil option pours best between 10–14 PSI. Start at the lower end of the range and adjust upward as needed. Give the system 60 seconds to pressurize before your first pull.
Safety: never exceed 45 PSI. Exceeding this pressure can be dangerous and may damage your equipment.
Can I use my own CO2 tank and regulator?
Yes — if you already have a CO2 regulator, beer lines, and keg couplers, the Solo is designed exactly for you. It's compatible with standard draft equipment. The Plug & Pour is the better choice if you need everything included.
How long will my ice last during an event?
Ice duration depends on ambient temperature and how often the lid is opened. Keep the cooler lid closed between pours — every time you open it, you lose cold air. A full ice pack can last a full festival day in moderate temperatures when the lid is managed well. We also recommend keeping your keg in a tub of ice to ensure your beer is already cold before it reaches BevWedge — this helps maintain pour temperature and can also reduce foaming.
How do I clean BevWedge after an event?
BevWedge should be fully cleaned after every use — a quick rinse is not enough. Lift BevWedge out of the cooler and follow our full cleaning procedure to properly flush and sanitize the unit, coils, and lines. See our Care & Cleaning guide for the complete step-by-step process. Cleaning after every use keeps your pour tasting great and extends the life of your equipment.
How often should I deep clean?
We recommend a full clean after every single use — not just a rinse. Running a food-safe beer line cleaner through the system after each event keeps your coils, lines, and fittings free of buildup and ensures your next pour tastes exactly as it should. Don't wait until something tastes off.
How should I store BevWedge between uses?
Always clean BevWedge fully before storing. The bracket on BevWedge allows you to store the unit independently — no need to keep it in the cooler between events. Store it in a cool, dry place once everything is completely dry. Your beer lines and keg couplers can be stored separately, coiled loosely and kept clean and dry until your next pour.
Can I use my cooler for other things between events?
Absolutely — that's one of BevWedge's biggest advantages. Lift it out after the event and your YETI is immediately back to being a regular cooler. Camping trips, beach days, road trips — no trace of BevWedge, no permanent change, zero compromise.

My beer is coming out foamy — what do I do?
Foam is almost always a pressure or temperature issue. First, lower your CO2 pressure — try dropping 2–3 PSI and pulling a short test pour. Second, make sure your ice fully covers the BevWedge unit — inadequate ice contact is one of the most common causes of foamy pours. Third, make sure you got liquid flowing through the lines before adding ice during setup. Finally, keeping your keg in a tub of ice ensures the beer is already cold before it reaches BevWedge — warm beer entering a cold system is a major cause of foam. If foam persists, let the system rest for 10 minutes with the lid closed before trying again.
Safety: never exceed 45 PSI. Exceeding this pressure can be dangerous and may damage your equipment.
My lines are leaking — what should I check?
Before running any beverages, always make sure the beer line nut has the washer properly in place — a missing or misaligned washer is the most common cause of leaks. Check all fittings and connections and make sure everything is hand-tight and fully seated. Look at the connection points at the BevWedge inlet, the keg coupler, and the faucet. If a fitting feels loose, disconnect, inspect for debris or damage, and reconnect firmly. If a fitting is cracked or worn, replacement parts are available on our Shop page.
My pour is too slow — how do I speed it up?
A slow pour usually means low CO2 pressure. Increase your regulator pressure in 1–2 PSI increments and test after each adjustment. Also check that your CO2 tank isn't empty — a near-empty tank will struggle to maintain consistent pressure. Make sure all line connections are fully open and unkinked.
Safety: never exceed 45 PSI when adjusting pressure.
How do I get a colder pour?
Two things make the biggest difference: make sure ice fully covers the BevWedge unit on all sides, and keep your keg in a tub of ice so the beer is already cold before it reaches BevWedge. Cold beer entering the system is key to a consistently cold pour and also helps reduce foaming. Keep the cooler lid closed between pours to maintain temperature. If you're at a long event in hot weather, adding fresh ice mid-event will also help maintain performance throughout the day.
